Restoration of the façade of a historic building located in Calle Colomines in Barcelona.

Some of the works included: paint stripping, wall cleaning and lime stucco repair with coating restoration. The cracks were tapped, sanitized and repaired with staples and mortar. The ceiling under the second floor balcony was also restored. For the ground floor, the paint was stripped to leave the stone in its natural appearance and lime mortar was applied in areas where brick construction was evident.
